Craig Kaprielian - Inventor & Founder
Craig Kaprielian is the inventor of the Blūm Systems growing platform and a third-generation California grower with decades of hands-on experience in perennial crop production. His work spans greenhouse and open-field environments and reflects a long history of deploying, testing, and refining production systems under real-world constraints.
Over the course of his career, Craig introduced and implemented practices such as high-density plantings, containerized tree production, computer-controlled fertigation, and modular growing methodologies—many of which now inform the design principles behind Blūm Systems.
Blūm Systems represents the culmination of this iterative work: a modular, resource-efficient growing platform designed not in theory, but through sustained experimentation, deployment, and operational learning.
